Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is static: it has no accounts, no cookies of its own, and no tracking pixels. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — typically your name, email address, and project details when you email us or submit an enquiry.

What we collect and why

Enquiry details (name, email, message): used solely to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We never sell or rent personal information, and we never add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

If we later add privacy-respecting analytics, it will be cookieless and aggregate-only, and this policy will be updated before it ships.

Drafts stay on your device

The project brief is long, so your browser saves your answers as you type — purely so a refresh or a closed tab doesn’t cost you the work. That draft is stored on your own device, is never sent to us until you press send, is discarded once the brief is submitted, and expires by itself after two weeks. “Start fresh” on the form erases it immediately, as does clearing your browser data.

Where it lives

Email correspondence lives in our business mailbox. Project files live in access-controlled storage. We keep enquiry information only as long as a business reason exists, then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it promptly — this applies under PIPEDA in Canada and comparable laws elsewhere.
